Kelly is a licensed Fire Protection Engineer in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Virginia. She has a Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She has 18 years of experience in project management, code consulting, and the design and construction of fire protection and life safety systems.
She works alongside owners, developers, and design professionals for project delivery and project management. Her communication skills and detailed-oriented approach to project management assists clients in achieving their goals. Kelly's experience includes project management, consulting, and engineering for fire suppression systems, fire alarm systems, smoke control systems, and egress and life safety systems. Her technical expertise spans all stages of project development from programming through construction administration and system testing.
Kelly's project experience ranges from the renovation of historic properties to state-of-the-art Higher Education STEM buildings to residential and commercial high-rise. Some of her projects include Times Square TSX redevelopment in New York City; United States Embassy in Oslo, Norway; and the Franklin D Roosevelt Historic Home and Presidential Library and Museum in Hyde Park, New York. As a New Yorker, Kelly is proud to have been Engineer of Record contributing to the rebuilding and recovery efforts for more than 50 single-family homes after Superstorm Sandy.

Brandon is a licensed Fire Protection Engineer in multiple states including New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Maryland. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Masters of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
He has dedicated his career to assisting clients in solving all types of fire and life safety challenges across the built environment. He works closely with Architects, Building Owners, Developers, Owner's Representatives, Authorities having Jurisdiction, Contractors, other Engineers and more, to understand and implement holistic strategies for success. Whether it is for compliance with applicable building and fire codes, protection of people and property, hazard mitigation or a variety of other stakeholder needs he is focused on achieving the Client's goals.
Brandon has vast experience in multiple aspects of fire and life safety including design reviews, engineering evaluations, emergency planning, code consulting, inspections, performance based design, modeling and life safety systems. He has extensive background in both design development and review as well as construction oversight and inspection of building fire and life safety systems. System types include sprinkler, specialty suppression, fire alarm, passive fire protection, smoke control, and egress with a focus on design constructability. His project experience ranges from landmark buildings such as the Pentagon and the World Trade Center to high-rise multi-building healthcare campuses.
